No matter what your goals may involve: better nutrition, fitness, career change, improved health, planning a life event- my belief is we must understand your current physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas. This allows us to notice an imbalances and shows us the best place to begin making change that supports success in the journey to your goals.
Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 Hour in Length, meeting bi-weekly. After each session, you will receive a recap plus Integration Homework allowing the shift in your life to begin. In between sessions we will check-in via email or my personal App for accountability.
