This 6 week Experience the ultimate bundle! Begins May 12th
The series includes:
• Weekly deep-dive into a detailed component of one Women’s Health Pillar, to enhance your knowledge.
• Weekly theme/challenges focused on one Pillar.
• An app with food and workout tracking in a style that best serves your lifestyle.
• Regular communication and reminders from your Coach to hold you accountable and keep you supported.
• Gym Membership providing 3 Coached Classes/week at AllCity CrossFit.
• Weekly access to a guided breath/meditation video, and a mobility/balance video.
• Weekly group call to ask questions, share insights, concerns, successes and struggles.
• One FREE coaching call (20min) to ask specific questions or dive deeper into a specific area.
• Options to add on Coaching calls as needed to serve you best!
In addition to all of the above, you'll receive access to the recording of my Women's Forum explaining the 3 Foundational Pillars to fight the common symptoms of hormone changes (such as weight gain, difficulty sleeping mood swings, and more).

To create a community of shared experiences, embrace the life and body you have, and empower you by providing accountability that goes beyond our in-person sessions.
